Backups are used strictly for recovery purposes only. There is no guaranteed backup frequency, version history, or scheduled backup reporting unless stated otherwise in a maintenance plan.
Simple changes such as updating text, replacing images, or small on-page adjustments are included, as long as they do not require significant development time, redesign, or structural changes.
Requests involving complex layouts, new features, custom logic, or major revisions are outside the scope of standard support and may require additional fees.
